Part-Time Office Manager

We are so excited to announce we are hiring a part-time Office Manager to join the Treasure in the Detail Interior Design team!

Ideal Candidate

·       Extreme attention to detail

·       Highly organized and able to multi-task

·       Strong communication and written skills and highly professional

·       Customer service oriented and friendly

·       Basic knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

·       Team Oriented

·       Excellent work ethic and dependable/trustworthy

·       Can work independently

·       Able to work under pressure

·       Must have reliable transportation

·       Must reside in Arizona, preferably East Valley surroundings

·       Laptop required

·       Able to work remotely at times

The Position

·       Work under the direction of the Owner / Principal Designer

·       Client intake and scheduling activities

·       Design Team receipt management

·       Transaction Reconciliation and Bookkeeping related activities

·       Order issue resolution

·       Manage master vendor and trade account files

·       Furniture Care Plan documentation for client projects

·       Vendor Scheduling

·       Run client and office related errands

·       Project returns

·       Assist with project installs and photo shoot preparation as needed

·       Assist with bi-annual warehouse audits

·       Client closure and gratitude gifts

Hours & Compensation

Flexible & Part-Time position paid hourly with opportunity to increase over time

·      1099 worker to start; 90 day trial period
